Customer reviews for County Lines…

“Tell you what…. this was a cracking read. Having been in the business myself I could relate to every page. The plot flowed throughout and had me wanting more. Excellent narrative with the characters jumping out at you at every turn of the page. The characters are realistic and true to life, from the main villain to the weary cops. Can’t wait to see what happens to the characters next as the end of the book was as good as it gets. Well done Mr Woods, a triumph.”

“When I started this book, I didn’t think that I would be sat by the plug while my kindle was on charge while I finished it. I really couldn’t wait to see what happened. At the back of the book the author says he was a serving officer for over thirty years and I think this comes through loud and clear. He clearly knows his stuff. This is a story which starts and never lets up. It’s an eye-opener on both the police and criminal side and delivers the story without rose-coloured glasses. It felt real and a little bit scary. I can’t wait to find out how the characters stories continue in the next book(there better be a next book!) The ending was a good way to end a book about the criminal underworld. Great read.”

“Really enjoyed this read , wasn’t able to put it down! Author clearly understands the justice system and uses it to great effect
Brilliant , highly recommended!”
